What we collect

When you send a project brief or book a call, we collect the details you type in: your name, work email, WhatsApp number, company, what you need and your message.

Our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to keep the site secure and working. We use these to prevent abuse, such as spam through our forms.

The website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. If we add analytics later, this page will be updated first.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice our services.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is stored in our own systems and seen only by our team. Our sister company Pinnacle Codes (United States) may see it when a project is delivered jointly.

We use trusted providers to host our systems and email; they process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or call +961 71 454 463 and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), stored on access-controlled systems and protected by the same practices we apply for our clients.
